1. Instant Digital Product — No Cancellation & No Refund

PK AI Studio (https://aiposter.pkdigitalservices.com), operated by PK Digital Services (Post kiya kya), provides instant, personalized digital AI posters and festival videos (as per the price displayed on the Website for the selected design). Because cloud AI GPU rendering and custom digital poster generation begin immediately as soon as your payment is confirmed:

• No Cancellation: Orders cannot be cancelled once the payment has been processed.
• No Refund After Payment Processing: All completed payments are 100% non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect spelling/photo uploaded by the user, or dissatisfaction with AI artistic styling once the payment is processed.
• Instant Re-Download Support: If you close your browser after payment, your generated poster remains accessible in the "My Posters" (મારા પોસ્ટર) section on the Website, or you can message our WhatsApp support (+91 6354786877) with your Order ID / Payment ID to receive your poster.

2. Duplicate Payment / Unfulfilled Transaction Resolution

In the rare event of a technical banking/UPI error where your account is debited twice for the exact same order, or if the payment is deducted from your account without generating an order due to a verified payment gateway timeout, please contact us at hr@pkdigitalservices.com or +91 6354786877 within 48 hours with your Razorpay Payment ID / UPI UTR number. Upon verification of a duplicate debit, the extra deducted amount will be resolved or reversed by the payment gateway to the original payment source within 5–7 working days.
