• Service Description & Pricing: PK AI Studio provides instant personalized digital festival posters, greeting cards, and short digital celebration videos at the applicable price displayed on the Website for the selected design or service at the time of checkout. All products are 100% digital and delivered instantly online via direct HD download on the Website after payment confirmation (no physical shipping is involved).
• Accurate User Information & Uploaded Photos: To use the Services, you agree to provide accurate details (such as your Name, Designation, and WhatsApp/mobile number) and only upload photographs that you own or have legal permission to use. You are solely responsible for the content and photographs uploaded by you.
• Intellectual Property: The templates, artwork, software, logos, and compilation on this Website are the proprietary property of PK Digital Services (Post kiya kya). Purchasing a personalized poster grants you a personal, non-exclusive license to download and share the generated poster/video on social media.
• Prohibited Use: You agree not to use the Website or Services for any unlawful, defamatory, or illegal purpose or in violation of Indian laws.
• No Warranty & Limitation of Liability: Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, or suitability of the AI-generated outputs for any specific purpose. Your use of the Website and Services is solely at your own risk and discretion.
• Payment & Non-Refundable Digital Service: Upon initiating a payment transaction via UPI/Razorpay, you enter into a legally binding contract with us to generate your customized digital poster/video immediately. Once payment is processed, the order is final and non-refundable as detailed in our Refund Policy.
• Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform obligations if performance is prevented or delayed by a force majeure event or temporary cloud server/network outage.
• Governing Law & Jurisdiction: These Terms and any dispute or claim relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Palanpur, Gujarat, India.
